David M. Patton has long had a passion for generating positive changes in society. His legal career has focused exclusively on aiding victims of inadequate healthcare. By holding medical professionals responsible for medical malpractice, birth injuries and wrongful death, David believes the quality of healthcare will improve for everyone. Healthcare, he firmly believes, should only be about the patient.
Born in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1956, David earned his B.S.M. in 1996 from the University of Phoenix and his J.D. in 1998 from California Western University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice in all Arizona state courts.
David also is a board member of www.sorryworks.net, an organization that encourages healthcare providers to admit their mistakes and apologize to the victims.
